About

An evening and weekend drop-in service for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis or their carer. Self-referral, everyone welcome. This is a shared service with Catalyst.
Open 365 days a year for people experiencing a mental health crisis: 18.00-23.00, Monday to Friday. 12.30- 23.00, weekends and bank holidays.

What Safe Havens offer:
- Professional staff, including mental health practitioners able to carry out mental health assessments if needed
- Peer support in a welcoming setting
- An appropriate alternative to A&E for those experiencing mental health problems and their carers.

This virtual service is available during Aldershot Safe Haven's usual operating hours.

Safe Haven Aldershot is a service in partnership with:
-NHS Frimley, the local Integrated Care Board
-Andover Mind, the local mental health charity
-Catalyst, a non-profit organisation who specialise in mental health and drug and alcohol misuse services.
