Weight Management Support (Hampshire)

About

The Gloji Hampshire weight management support programme is available to Hampshire residents who meet the following criteria:

Aged 18 year or over(16-& 17-year-olds with GP consent), and identified as living with obesity(BMI ≥30or ≥27.5 for *Black, Asian and ethnic minority groups or have a long term condition). Resident of Hampshire or registered with a Hampshire GP (excluding Southampton/Portsmouth).
Not having a known eating disorder; be pregnant or having accessed the same service in the previous 12 months.

Gloji Hampshire offers the following free of charge:

Access to a local Slimming World Group - Slimming World groups offer members support, commitment and accountability. With 163 locations across Hampshire, Slimming World is ideal if you are looking for in-person support.
Digital Support -Gloji Lose Weight - a 12 week programme giving you the power to lose weight at your fingertips, with the added benefit of support and accountability from your very own health mentor.
Exercise Support -Gloji Move More - join free, 12 week programme of physical activity sessions to lose weight and get active.

Each programme offers a holistic approach to weight loss, combining nutrition and physical activity with accountability and support. Learn to make healthy lifestyle changes you can keep up for good.
