Solitaire Social Club

About

The Solitaire Social Club is a group for adults who may be looking to improve their social life and meet like-minded, unattached people in the local area. The requirement is that you are single/unattached when you join; however, Solitaire is not a dating club.

Activities include:
- Weekly clubnight
- Walks
- Concerts
- Sports (including badminton, golf, darts, skittles)
- Book club
- Parties
- Pub Nights & eating Out
- Trips (to historic houses, the coast, National Trust gardens, cinema, musical shows)

Club members are entitled to a copy of the monthly Events Programme. This includes details of monthly events, information on regular activities, locations for the clubnights, notices, news and welcomes to new members and hw to contact members on the Solitaire Committee.

Non-members are welcome to attend up to three clubnights or other Solitaire events on a trial basis, without becoming committed to joining the Club.

Solitaire is essentially a non-profit making organisation and aims to give members the opportunity to make friends and feel part of a community.
They have been established for almost thirty years and continue to provide meeting places and social events for widowed, divorced and single people living in the North Hampshire and West Surrey area.

User Cost/Charge Information
The Solitaire subscription costs £36 a year, which is paid by standing order in two instalments of £18 in May and November. As a general principle Solitaire makes no charge for participation in events, such as country walks, where no charges are incurred. If you take part in any other event, you normally pay your own costs, such as admission charges and refreshments, as they arise.
