Citizens Advice Hart are working with Neale Turk – solicitors in Fleet, to improve the access to legal services to all regardless of social background or wealth. This is necessary due to the lack of access to legal aid. This lack can hinder the proper administration of justice due to the impact of court fees and legal services on the individual. Neale Turk LLP offer bi-weekly appointments booked through Citizens Advice Hart for clients. As well as face to face, they offer email and telephone advice. This then reduces the overall cost to the client.
