Are you a young person in crisis? Then you’re welcome at Sasha’s Project.
· Open to all young people aged 13-25 years
· Every Friday and Saturday night from 22.00-6.00 at the Point Youth Centre in Fleet
· No appointment needed, just turn up
· Safe place for those experiencing a mental health crisis or having thoughts of suicide
· Caring, confidential support if you are feeling anxious or depressed.
Or you can call their telephone support service - any evening between 21.00 and 24.00.

About Sasha's Project

Sasha’s Project offers a safe place for young people in crisis. Their drop-in crisis centre at The Point Youth Centre (Harlington Way, Fleet GU51 4BP) is open from 20.00 to 6.00 every Friday and Saturday night, providing a safe haven for young people aged 13 to 25 who are experiencing a mental health crisis or who are having thoughts of suicide. It offers a caring, non-clinical environment and complete confidentiality. Their telephone support service for 13-25 year olds is open from 21.00 - midnight every night.
