Rushmoor Knights have 3 teams: U16s (14-16 years), U19s (16-19 years), Adults (20 years +). Their teams provide tailored training programmes designed to build confidence, skills, and a deep understanding of the game. Whether you are new to American football or a seasoned player, Rushmoor Knights offer an environment where you can thrive and reach your potential under the guidance of experienced coaches.

Training sessions take place on Sundays at King George V Playing Fields in Farnborough.
