Room Hire:
* Main Hall: (18.0m x 9.1 m) Although licensed to hold a maximum of 200 people, the suggested number for a sit-down reception is no more than 120 to 130 for comfort. Hire of the main Hall includes the use of: 12 x 5 ft diameter round tables, 11 x 6 ft oblong tables, 16 x 2 ft sq tables, a number of 8 ft trestle tables, chairs to match, 100 place settings.
* Committee Room: (7.3m x 5.7m)
Rotherwick Village Hall has a Designated Premises Supervisor. Any bookings that will be selling alcohol must contact the Designated Premises Supervisor to organise their bar.
Parking is available on site.

About Rotherwick Village Hall

Rotherwick Village Hall was built in 1932 in a traditional style, and is set in the centre of the village, and comprises the main hall and kitchen, together with a smaller committee room which can be hired separately. It is owned by a charitable trust and managed by a voluntary committee, together with a part-time caretaker and part-time bookings secretary.
