RHL have around thirty subsidised Exercise and Rehabilitation Classes, both face to face and online! They have everything from Cardiac, Box Fit, Pilates, Stretch & Relaxation and Seated Exercise to Nordic Walking!

Classes start at just £3.50/session with different venues across the local area or take part in the comfort of your own home!!

No-one should feel alone & isolated or feel unable to take part in activities due to ill-health, physical disabilities, cultural barriers, poor language skills or financial constraints. RHL are passionate about supporting people to address the barriers they face and improve their quality of life.
