parkrun - Edenbrook Country Park

The parkrun around Edenbrook Country Park takes places every Saturday at 9.00. The starting point is Hart Leisure Centre. Please register in advance before you attend your first parkrun. More details at the web-link below.

The course is run on a mixture of gravel paths and permanent paths. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place.

To join the local group of volunteers, please send an e-mail.

You are welcome to join other parkrunners after for a drink at the cafe at Hart Leisure Centre.

About parkrun

parkruns are free, weekly, community events. Saturday morning events are 5k and take place in parks and open spaces. On Sunday mornings, there are 2k junior parkruns for children aged four to 14. parkrun is a positive, welcoming and inclusive experience where there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along, whether you walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate.
