-Monthly social meeting is a chance to chat with and exchange ideas, top tips etc with others who are living with Parkinson’s.
3rd Thursday of every month at 10.30-noon
Venue : Crookham Village Social Club, Crookham Village (not Church Crookham)

-Monthly Drop-In Cafe
Join us for an informal cuppa and chat on the last Friday of each month at 10.30-11.30
Venue: Lake House Cafe, Gold Valley Lake, Aldershot

-There is another Parkinson’s Cafe in Camberley : second Tuesday of each month at High Cross Church, Knoll Road from 10:30 – 11:30

About Parkinson's UK- Farnborough & District Branch

The Farnborough & District branch of Parkinson's UK offers information, friendship and support to local people with Parkinson's, their families and carers. They cover the areas of Rushmoor, Surrey Heath, Hart and Waverley and organise regular events and social activities for their 100+ members (transport available to monthly meeting). They run weekly Exercise to Music classes and Chair Pilates classes. Parkinson's UK works to ensure that "Nobody has to face Parkinson's alone". The Farnborough & District branch aims is to make that a reality for people locally.
