Launch, is an open-access service which offers free advice, guidance and support for young people aged 11-25. Launch provides information and practical support for a range of issues, including housing and homelessness, applying for benefits, sexual health, relationships, substance misuse, wellbeing and getting into education or employment.
Launch is a free, confidential advice and support service for anyone aged 11-25 living in Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, West Sussex, Dorset, Swindon & Wiltshire. Step by Step offer in-person or remote appointments depending on location. Step by Step are here to listen, offer guidance and provide practical support on a number of issues.

About Step by Step Partnership Ltd
Step by Step's primary aim is to support young people aged 11-25 with a range of services, but principally support to help young people who are homeless or who are concerned about their housing situation due to family conflict or other issues. Housing support includes: emergency accommodation, foyer-based accommodation at their main base in Aldershot, semi-independent accommodation in flats and community flats. Once young people have left this housing provision, Step by Step continue to support them for as long as they need through a floating support service.
