hookVelo meet by Hartletts Cafe at the Hook Community Centre. All of the organised rides start from there. Saturday morning 09:00. Wednesday evening -19:00. Sunday Social - 10:00.

What levels of rides are there? Social - 15-25 miles at 12-13mph. Foundation - 35-40 miles at 14-15mph. Intermediate - 40 - 50 miles at 15-16mph. Advanced - 50+ miles at 16.0-17.5mph. Advanced Plus- 50+ miles at 17.5 -20mph.

hookVelo is a social group and does not race, however a sister organisation 'Hart Veloce' founded by hookVelo riders supports a wide range of competitive disciplines.

About hookVelo

HookVelo is a social cycle group is membership-free. You can access rides by simply requesting to join the group. The group operates on minimal costs and will ask riders for a small annual donation. Hookvelo is affiliated to Cycling UK.
