The Hook, Odiham and Hartley Wintney Lions Club organises or supports local community events, carry out fundraising for and promotion of local Lions Clubs shared activities, and run specific activities for the benefit of residents living in the western parishes of Hart. Examples of their own activities include organising litter picks, running prostrate cancer screening sessions, and collecting unwanted glass/spectacles for onward donation.

The Hook, Odiham & Hartley Wintney Lions Club covers the parishes of Greywell, Hartley Wintney, Hook, Long Sutton, Mattingley, Odiham, Rotherwick, South Warnborough and Winchfield. The Club raises funds to serve the community through special programmes and contributions, and also volunteer their time for the community.
