Home Help Service

About

Would you (or a family member) benefit from some help with your housework and/or shopping? Are you finding it difficult to do everything around the home now? The supportive Home Help team can make all the difference and support you to remain independent, at home, for longer.

The Home Help service is operated on a ‘not-for-profit’ basis by Rushmoor Voluntary Services. Their friendly and professional Home Helpers are DBS checked and appropriately trained.

Services that can be provided are:
- Vacuuming, dusting, ironing, laundry, bed change and day to day cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom
- Shopping

They are unable to support those who require personal care or support with medication.

Once the Home Help team have received your enquiry, they will arrange a home visit to discuss the service required. Please visit the website for their leaflet and service request form.
