Hart Road Runners meets regularly on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays so why not join them, meet the coaches and try out a couple of sessions. If you decide to join you will have access to highly trained and experienced coaches, who can offer training plans suited for your individual goals. You will also receive their weekly news emails and to enjoy other club benefits.

Hart Road Runners caters for those who can run 5 km to semi-elite. If you can run 5 km (at any speed), they would suggest Wednesday evening sessions and Saturdays. If you can run around 10 km (at any speed) come along on a Thursday night – you can either join the 6 mile run or a further distance of around 7-9 miles. In winter these are road runs, in summer they go off-road. On Tuesdays they run coached sessions of speed or hill training and are mainly on-road but again sometimes off-road in summer. On Mondays they run sessions at the track.

Track training at Aldershot Military Stadium. Regular run start locations: Hart Leisure Centre - Fleet, The Key Centre - Elvetham Heath. Please check the calendar for more detail.

Hart Road Runners organise the following races: Hart 4 Trail Relay - a 4 hour relay event for teams of 4 on a 4km off road course at Minley Manor, Hampshire. This event is held annually in August. Hampshire League Cross Country and Southern League Cross Country - usually 5 cross country events per year.
