If you are new to Lions please take the time to look at the information on their website about how Hart Lions involve their members in fundraising, community service and social events in the Fleet area. They hold monthly club meetings to discuss events coming up. All events have a small pre-planning group to start organising the event but all members have the opportunity to help and support the events as they occur. They actively welcome potential new members - please get in touch. Every Lions Club in the UK is a member of the worldwide family of Lions Clubs International with its Headquarters in Oakbrook USA.

Examples of activities that Hart Lions get involved in are: Message in a Bottle scheme, the annual Funfest Day for families of children with disabilties, Light Up a Life at Christmas in aid of local hospices, Spektrek spectacles/glasses recycling, Posh Tea & Fabulous Fashion fundraiser to name but a few.

About Hart Lions Club

The Hart Lions Club was originally formed as the Hart Lioness Club, sponsored by the Lions Club of Fleet on 16th December 1990. After two very successful years Lions Club International deemed that all lady members should have the option of becoming a Lion. So on 8th March 1992 they became Hart Lions Club. They have a small membership who work together to raise funds for community-led activity, both locally and internationally. Club members are from all walks of life. Call us on 0845 833 7353. Meetings: The club meets to discuss general business matters on the first Thursday of each month 20.00 at The Key Centre, Elvetham Heath, Fleet.
