Current activities for under 18s include: Supervised Gym Sessions 11-15 year olds. Gymnastics Classes. Trampolining Classes. Adult and Child Gymnastics. Use of football pitches for junior football/5-a-side football. Babies’ and children's swimming lessons from 4 months upwards. Soft Play sessions for 2-8 year olds. Badminton. Table Tennis. Birthday/multi-sports/football/swimming parties and bouncy castle parties can be catered for. Range of Holiday activities (eg intensive courses, netball sessions, bouncy castles sessions).

Current activities for 18 years+ include: Gym, Exercise Classes, Swimming Lessons/Open Swimming Sessions, Aqua Exercise Classes, Yoga, Badminton (including No-strings sessions), Adult Trampolining, Football, Group Cycling, Pilates, Tennis, Table Tennis, Zumba and personal training sessions.

Activities for older adults and those with health conditions / disabilities include: disabled swimming sessions, quiet swim sessions, GP referred falls prevention exercise classes, Good Boost sessions for muscular skeletal conditions, senior circuits, senior multisports, table tennis, walking netball, walking tennis, zumba gold.

About Hart Leisure Centre

Hart Leisure Centre offers the following facilities: 3 swimming pools, 130-gym with a large variety of cardio and resistance machines, outdoor pitches including a full-size artificial pitch, 2 junior FA grass pitches, and 4 5-a-side 3G pitches, fitness studio, sports hall and a café with soft play area.

Charges for individual classes are listed on the web-site. Membership options are also available. Concessions / free memberships: are available for a range of people including those with a disability, those with a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease and full time carers.
