Crisis Helpline is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. For adults in mental health crisis living in the Surrey & Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust catchment area (Surrey and North East Hampshire).

People with speech or hearing difficulties can access the service by: Dialling through the BT Relay App or Textphone: 18001 0800 915 4644 - More information at www.relayuk.bt.com or by sending an SMS text to 07717 989 024.
