Asthma & Lung UK's network of support groups is there for you. Learning more about your lung condition can help you manage your symptoms and help with your physical and mental well-being. Support Groups give you the opportunity to make new friends and share your experiences and stories with others living with a lung condition. There are more than 150 groups throughout the UK, and the charity also run a variety of online sessions over Zoom.

Basingstoke & District Asthma & Lung UK Support Group - meets on the last Tuesday of every month (except December) 13.30-15.30 at Brighton Hill Community Centre - please email supportgroups@asthmaandlung.org.uk or call 0300 222 5800 for more information.
