Arthritis UK local groups offer friendship, fun, information, and a chance to meet other people who know what it is like to live with arthritis or other muscular skeletal conditions. Groups are led by volunteers. Activities vary based on local interests and can include guest speakers, physical activity and social activities.

The North Hampshire Group meets on a bi-monthly basis from the first Wednesday of the month 11.00-13.00. Join them for some refreshments and opportunities to chat, get to know other people and share experiences. Feel free to bring a friend. Each meeting will cover a subject related to arthritis e.g. medication, exercise, diet or a quiz etc. Informal meetings are also held on alternate months at The De Haviland Arms in Fleet.
