Age Concern Hampshire's Community Information Hub offers independent, impartial and confidential support. The Community Information Service is available to older people, their friends, family and carers.
Included in the service: Help with online with applications for benefits such as the Attendance Allowance or the Blue Badge scheme. Help you with a Benefit Check to see if you are claiming what you are entitled to. Assistance with form filling and providing information (home visits may be available). Information available on a wide range of topics to support older people.
Opening hours: Mondays - Fridays from 09:00 - 16:00. Call or complete the enquiry form at the web-link below.
About Age Concern Hampshire
Age Concern Hampshire is an independent charity working to promote the wellbeing and welfare of the over-50s in the county of Hampshire. They provide a range of services including care, support, information and advice to enable older people to remain independent for as long as possible. For Hart residents, this includes Care & Wellbeing Centres: Frogmore in Yateley. Foot Care Clinic - Odiham. Age Concern Community Information Volunteers can assist with information about benefits and other services for older people, and primarily cover the Blackwater, Hook and Crondall/Ewshot areas of Hart.
